I excersise so often now that I think im going to give training tips on this site. Yes, I’ll do that, starting now.

Don’t excersise while suffering from a hangover. It’s most exhausting.

If You are a boy, use tight underwear otherwise it will look funny jumping around in the gym.

If practising some sort of grouptraing. Look and listen to the instructor, not the girls. The mirrors WILL reveal You, and You’ll get lost following the movements

Don’t smoke just before excersising. Smoke afterwards

I don’t have anything more right now. But thoose few tips will improve your training, your health and life in general.
